Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at Hatsuhana was truly exceptional, marked by luxurious relaxation and excellent amenities. The private onsen on our terrace was a highlight, providing a serene retreat. Although communication with staff was occasionally challenging due to limited English proficiency, their kindness and welcoming nature made up for it. However, we couldn't book treatments due to high demand, which was a bit disappointing.
Our stay at this onsen ryokan was nearly perfect. The ultra-modern design combined with traditional Japanese elements made for an exceptional experience. The public baths and private onsen options were outstanding, but the check-in information could be more detailed. Overall, I would absolutely return for the incredible amenities and delicious meals.
My stay at Hatsuhana was truly a luxurious experience. The onsen suite I stayed in was splendid, featuring a private onsen on the terrace. Although the public baths were fantastic, I was disappointed that I couldn’t book any spa treatments since they were fully booked. The staff was friendly, albeit communication was a bit challenging due to the limited English proficiency. Overall, a beautifully relaxing place that puts privacy and comfort first.
This onsen ryokan offers a unique blend of modern luxury and traditional Japanese comfort. The standout feature is the slope car that takes you between floors, and the onsen baths are truly extraordinary. Our suite with a private onsen was a highlight, although communication could have been smoother due to limited English among some staff. Overall, the experience was fantastic, but the lack of thorough information at check-in is something they could improve.
This ultra-modern onsen ryokan offers an incredible experience with its luxurious amenities and outstanding public baths. The guest rooms are spacious and relaxing, making it easy to unwind or catch up on work. However, the check-in briefing could use some improvement, as important details about the onsen locations were missed.
